What's included in the website price?

Are there contracts?
No long-term contracts for concierge plans. You stay because the work is great, not because of fine print. Website projects have a standard project agreement covering scope and deliverables.
What counts as an "unlimited minor update"?
Text changes, photo swaps, new staff bios, hours updates, adding a new service — anything that takes under 30 minutes. Larger changes like new pages or section redesigns are quoted separately at a fair rate.
Do you require payment upfront?
We typically split website projects into milestone payments: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Monthly services are billed monthly. No surprise invoices. In-house financing available.
What if I already have a website?
We can work with what you have — redesign, optimize, or migrate. You can also start with just a concierge plan and fix your existing site gradually over time.
